Alex serves as the firm’s paralegal manager. He also assists various practice groups. He is experienced in managing state and federal cases, including multi-district litigations. Alex reviews and analyzes documents, creates demonstrative exhibits/charts, cite-checks and Bluebooks legal memorandums. In addition, Alex researches and tracks Title V and PSD air permits in various federal and state jurisdictions and monitors regulatory developments in the energy field as part of the firm’s efforts to keep clients abreast of President Biden’s regulatory reform agenda.
