B&D Associate Alex Horning will present "ESA Compliance and FWS General Conservation Plan" during the Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC) Conservation Partners Workgroup, taking place on Wednesday, August 14 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Working in partnership with industry, environmental professionals and local, state and federal regulatory agencies, MSC hosts technical training sessions to help bring understanding to the regulatory, technical and safety processes to improve transparency and communications to avoid misconceptions about the industry.
