The panel will discuss potential liability arising from the impacts of climate change and developing solutions to this new area of risk and responsibility.
Of Counsel Allyn Stern (Seattle) will join the panel discussion "The Ripple Effect of Regulatory Uncertainty: A Deeper Dive into the Challenges and Risks Posed by PFAS," taking place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday, November 22. The panelists will provide the legal and technical introduction necessary to better understand PFAS, sources, and potential risks.
