Erika Spanton (Seattle) will speak as a panelist during the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA)'s Utility Leadership Conference and 52nd Annual Meeting celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Clean Water Act. During the panel, "The Next 50 Years of Clean Water Through the Legal and Legislative Lens," legal and policy experts will discuss what utilities might expect to see from the courts and Congress in the coming years – the good, the bad, and the ever-challenging.
