Principal Pete Anderson will speak in a webinar hosted by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. The webinar is titled "Effective Environmental Compliance Programs: Reducing Risks and Adding Value" and will take place from 1:00pm to 2:30pm (EST) on February 25.

The presentation will provide a peek inside the government's playbook by reviewing relevant government policies relating to sound environmental auditing and management, guide a practical overview of what elements and processes are necessary for an “effective” environmental compliance program, and give practical tips on how to favorably influence the broad enforcement discretion of environmental regulators and prosecutors. The webinar targets any executives, board directors, compliance officers, lawyers, in-house, investigators, auditors, or consultants who have any environmental compliance duties or responsibilities or who oversee such corporate functions.

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions.
