Principals Loren Dunn and David Weber (Seattle) will speak at the Environmental and Emerging Claim Manager Association (EECMA)'s 33rd Annual Conference, taking place in Orlando, FL, from April 25 to 27. EECMA is an informal group of property and casualty insurers and reinsurers focused on continued education about the many issues surrounding emerging risks, environmental, asbestos, and other long-term exposure litigation that continues to challenge insurers and our policyholders.
Loren and David will speak in a session titled "Monsanto PCB Litigation: Update and What’s Next - And What These Lawsuits Mean for a Superfund Site Near You," which will take place on April 26 from 10:15am to 11:00am (EDT). The session will explore the implications of the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) lawsuits against Monsanto and provide timely updates on the state and progress of the cases.
