Principal David Friedland (Washington, DC) will moderate a panel, "Up in the Air: Complying with the Clean Air Act in the Face of Increasing Polarization," on April 4. Panelists will discuss how differences in priorities that exist at times among federal, state, and local authorities affect various regulations under the Clean Air Act. Attendees will understand how states shape implementation of federal policies, whether by following suit with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or prioritizing differing needs entirely.

Associate Vetone Ivezaj (New York) serves on the conference planning committee. Principal Dan Schulson (Washington, DC), and Associates Leandra Ansah (Austin), Lauren Karam (Boston), and Jonas Reagan (Washington, DC) will also attend the conference.
