Clean Air Act: Strategic Considerations and Enforcement Update
In the wake of EPA’s commitment to “bold actions” following the EPA’s Administrator Regan’s Journey to Justice tour last fall, including enhanced air monitoring, fly-overs, enforcement, unannounced inspections, together with agency-wide actions related to ethylene oxide and other hazardous air pollutants, companies should be prepared to respond to fast-moving agency information requests – both for enforcement and rulemaking.
During this webinar, Principals Madeleine Boyer (Austin), David Friedland (Washington, DC), and Allyn Stern (Seattle) will discuss strategies and considerations for responding to agency information requests and tips for dealing with a surprise inspection. They will also provide an update on EPA air enforcement initiatives under the Biden Administration. Laura McAfee (Principal, Baltimore) will moderate this panel discussion.
There is no charge to attend this webinar, but advance registration is required. This program is intended for in-house counsel, EHS professionals, and business leaders at companies, municipalities, and trade associations. To request an invitation, please contact Angela Caprio, [email protected].
