Biography

Denise is a highly skilled and experienced paralegal.

She has participated in a variety of administrative, state, federal, and appellate cases as well as several dozen FIFRA data compensation arbitration matters. Denise’s appellate experience includes assisting with a petition for review and a brief with the Supreme Court of the United States.

Aside from judicial litigation, Denise is knowledgeable in administrative proceedings such as cases before EPA’s Environmental Appeals Board and Office of Administrative Law Judges.

Denise has exceptional skills in proofreading, cite-checking, Bluebooking, preparing exhibits, and reviewing court rules. She is proficient in reviewing documents, preparing privilege logs and deposition prep materials. Further, she researches expert qualifications, drafts retention letters and manages reliance materials.
