B&D Associate Jose Almanzar will speak on a panel on Decarbonization and Environmental Justice as part of the New York City Bar's 2nd Annual Earth Day Climate Change Symposium. With Michael Gerrard (Columbia Law School) and Jonathan A. Binder (New York State Department of Environmental Conservation). The symposium brings together interdisciplinary panels of experts to analyze governmental responses to the impacts of climate change. Panelists will examine decarbonization and Environmental justice, focusing specifically on how governments, federal and New York City and State, are responding to changing demands, and the challenges ahead.
