Principal Julius Redd (Washington, DC) will speak on a panel, "Getting Ahead of the Environmental Justice Curveball," at the American Bar Association (ABA)'s Clean Air Act Conference. Panelists will discuss environmental justice (EJ) initiatives in permitting and enforcement on both the federal and state levels, and provide practical tips for permittees addressing EJ in future air permitting. Speakers will examine what meaningful community engagement means, and proactive ways for permittees to initiate this engagement while working with the public.
