Principal Julius Redd (Washington, DC) and Associate Hilary Jacobs (Washington, DC) will present, "Environmental and Social Justice in Energy," on October 16 at American Public Power Association (APPA)'s 2023 Legal & Regulatory Conference. They will give an overview of current environmental justice regulations and laws that directly influence utilities, and discuss the possible impacts of this constantly changing area on utility providers.
