Principals Eric Christensen (Seattle), Laura McAfee (Baltimore), and Susan Smith (San Francisco) will present an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Environmental & Sustainability Network Legal Update webinar, "Key Environmental Takeaways from the 2023-2024 U.S. Supreme Court Term."

This program will provide takeaways and insights from the Supreme Court’s decisions relevant to environmental and administrative law, including anticipated rulings that will impact the major questions doctrine, the Chevron deference doctrine, the constitutionality of appointed administrative law judges and the judicial review process under the Administrative Procedures Act, among other cases.
