B&D Boston Principal Eric Klein will join Environmental Business Council (EBC)'s virtual CLE EBC Water Resources Webinar: The Clean Water Act at (Almost) 50, to discuss how federal water law continues to evolve and affect the manufacturing & energy sectors / related infrastructure projects. The conference will take place on Tuesday, December 8 online from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.

Eric will present beginning at 11:00 am "The Supreme Court’s (not quite) clarification of the Clean Water Act in County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund."
