Alex Horning Presenting at 2018 ERBA Policy Conference

B&D Associate Alex Horning will present during the Ecological Restoration Business Association (ERBA)'s 2018 Policy Conference, taking place from January 23-25 in Tysons, Virginia. 

Alex will join the panel discussion "The Future of Species Mitigation Policies" from 11:40 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24. The panel will consider the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS)’s comment period on mitigation policy goals, the impact on large project developers, and their recommendations for clarity in species mitigation policies.
