The event includes a 2-day Conference and 1-day Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Fundamentals Workshop and provides information on the U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), emerging issues and trends in product stewardship and equivalent international regulations.

Principal Mark Duvall (Washington, DC) will speak in a presentation titled "TSCA Modernization Outlook," which will take place from 1:00pm to 2:00pm (EST) on March 3. This session will discuss legislative developments in the Senate and House on TSCA modernization, including the groundbreaking bipartisan Chemical Safety Improvement Act.
