David Barker to Speak on ESA Offsets at CLA-RISE Regulatory Conference

Principal David Barker (Washington, DC) will speak on a panel, "ESA Offsets," at CropLife America & RISE's Regulatory Conference on April 16. Spencer Mortensen (Senior Expert, Ecotoxicology, BASF), Timothy Male (Executive Director, Environmental Policy Innovation Center), and Jan Matuszko (Acting Director, Environmental Fate and Effects Division, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) will join David on the panel.
