Hilary Jacobs and Julius Redd to Speak at APPA's Webinar on Environmental Justice

Beveridge & Diamond Principal Julius Redd (Washington, DC) and Associate Hilary Jacobs (Washington, DC) will speak at American Public Power Association (APPA)'s webinar, "What Does Environmental Justice Mean and What are the Practical Considerations for Public Power Utilities?" This webinar will provide an overview of the legal basis for environmental justice, EPA’s regulations and policies relating to environmental justice, and the Biden Administration’s and EPA’s recent statements and actions regarding environmental justice.
