Hilary Jacobs to Present Lawline CLE on Environmental Justice

Beveridge & Diamond Associate Hilary Jacobs (Washington, DC) will present a Lawline CLE on environmental justice. She will discuss the background of the environmental justice movement as well as existing laws, regulations, and initiatives that advocates can and do use to advance clients' environmental justice goals, including Biden Administration initiatives that are changing the federal government's approach to environmental justice. She will also discuss the ways that individual states have been addressing environmental justice in novel and creative ways through legislation and regulation.
