Principal Loren Dunn (Seattle) will speak at Law Seminars International's 18th Annual Comprehensive Conference on Clean Water and Stormwater, taking place in Seattle, WA, from August 16 to 17. The conference will focus on the directions of the clean water policies under the Trump Administration in addition to addressing state and local regulatory policies and structures for maintaining or improving water quality in Washington.
Loren will speak in a panel titled "Litigation Update: Regulation of Discharges of Pollutants Under Section 402," which will take place from 9:00am to 10:00am (PDT) on August 17. The panel will discuss the unitary water theory, the conduit theory of liability, and agricultural operations as point sources.
