Lou Manzo to Present on DOJ Policy Changes for the Association of Corporate Counsel

Principal Lou Manzo (Washington, DC) will present an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Environmental & Sustainability Network Legal Update webinar, "Perspectives from a Recent Prosecutor: 5 DOJ Policy Changes That Will Change How You Do Business."

This webinar will discuss five Department of Justice policy changes that affect how companies will do business and suggest tips and recommendations for addressing these changes. Lou will highlight key policy changes regarding ephemeral messaging, recognizing whistleblowers who are less likely to internally report problems, keeping victims close (providing support and resources), and considering self-disclosing rogue individuals after thorough investigations.
