On May 20, 2024, OSHA finalized updates to the Hazard Communication Standard, which was last updated in 2012. The amended standard may affect all companies that prepare safety data sheets (SDSs) for their customers and all employers who use those SDSs to protect their employees. During this webinar, Principal Mark Duvall and Associate Nick Hanel (Washington, DC) will discuss these changes and their implications for industry.
