Parker Moore to Present on Latest Developments in the WOTUS Rule and Their Implications for the Association of Corporate Counsel
Principal Parker Moore (Washington, DC) will present an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Environmental & Sustainability Network Legal Update webinar, "Keeping Up With WOTUS: Latest Developments and Compliance Strategies".
Taking effect at the end of March, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ final rule once again updated the definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) and, therefore, the scope of federal jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act (CWA). Parker will provide insights on the fundamentals of the WOTUS rule, recent regulatory changes, and their implications for businesses, land use, and development projects. Participants will also learn best practices for compliance with WOTUS requirements.
