Rachel Roberts to Speak on Mid Columbia Adjudication at Water Law Conference

Of Counsel Rachel Roberts (Seattle) will speak on a panel, "Mid Columbia Adjudication," at Landau Associates' Water Law in Eastern Washington Conference, on May 16. Larry Martin (Attorney, Halverson Northwest Law Group) and Duane Mecham (Senior Attorney, Department of Interior) will join Rachel on the panel. The speakers will discuss the status of the WRIA 58 Adjudication and its impact on Lake Roosevelt and Middle Tributaries, as well as provide insight into the perspective of both the federal government and irrigation districts.
