Roy Prather Discussing DEI During IEL's Young Energy Professionals Workshop: The Oil and Gas Sessions

B&D Principal Roy Prather (Baltimore) will share his perspectives on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal industry during the Institute for Energy Law (IEL)'s Young Energy Professionals Workshop: The Oil and Gas Sessions. The Workshop will also feature transactional and litigation topics designed for attorneys in their first ten years of practice, or those new to oil and gas matters.

Roy, who chairs B&D's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, will speak on the panel "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Making a Meaningful Impact." This interactive session will feature panelists discussing how young lawyers and professionals can initiate and contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at their firms and companies.
