Haley joined B&D’s Austin office the spring of 2023.  She has experience performing crucial litigation tasks such as preparing legal documents, researching major environmental statutes and articles, filing court documents and legal pleadings, and corresponding with local, state, and federal agencies.

Haley supports clients and attorneys in litigation and regulatory matters relating to air and climate change, and water.
