Jimmy Slaughter, Drew Silton to Speak at Water Environment Federation’s Residuals and Biosolids Conference
Principals Jimmy Slaughter (Washington, DC) and Drew Silton (Washington, DC) will speak at the Water Environment Federation's Residuals and Biosolids Conference 2022 in Columbus, OH. The conference will focus on new technologies, successful innovations, and current best practices in recycling wastewater and manufacturing solid residuals.
On May 26, Jimmy and Drew will present on “Legal Issues Impacting Land Application: Critical Regulatory and Litigation Developments.” Their talk will focus on how wastewater and residuals professionals can protect their programs from tort litigation and regulatory challenges, including aggressive local, state, and federal initiatives involving PFAS and other trace constituents in biosolids. Jimmy and Drew’s speech is part of a larger session titled, “Current and Future Regulatory Trends and their Impact on Biosolids Programs.”
