Jimmy Slaughter to Speak at NACWA Annual Meeting
Principal Jimmy Slaughter (Washington, DC) will speak to the Legal Affairs Committee of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) at the Association's 54th annual meeting in Buffalo, New York on July 23. Jimmy will discuss current legal developments and litigation regarding biosolids management for America’s wastewater utilities.
Principal Drew Silton (Washington, DC), who is leading the B&D litigation team representing San Francisco before the U.S. Supreme Court in a challenge to one of its Clean Water Act permits, will also attend the conference.
