Principal Jimmy Slaughter (Washington, DC) will speak on a panel, "A Conversation with Biosolids Experts," on August 10, at the California Association of Sanitation Agencies (CASA)'s 68th Annual Conference. Jimmy will discuss flaws in current EPA risk assessment approaches to PFAS and strategies for protecting biosolids and compost recycling amid concerns regarding trace amounts of PFAS.

Joining Jimmy on the panel are Dr. David Tobias (Biosolids Risk Assessment Lead, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) and Ryan Batjiaka (Resource Recovery Specialist, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission).
