Law360’s Top Attorneys Under 40 for 2022 include Washington, DC Principals Stacey Sublett Halliday for Environmental and Jessalee Landfried for Compliance.

Stacey is a co-chair of B&D’s Environmental Justice (EJ) practice and Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She advises clients on environmental compliance due diligence, environmental enforcement, green marketing, ESG reporting, product stewardship, and environmental justice. She regularly works with Fortune 500 companies to develop comprehensive, company-wide environmental justice assessments, policies, programs, and implementation frameworks. She has played a significant role in several Department of Justice-appointed monitorship teams, overseeing corporations’ compliance with criminal and civil settlements following environmental violations.
