Biography
Jigna is an experienced eDiscovery professional and attorney with core expertise in managing large-scale discovery projects.
She is well-versed in end-to-end project management, including the development and implementation of defensible best practices, team management, and continuous identification of opportunities to improve and deliver top-notch quality and efficient results to clients. Jigna frequently speaks on e-discovery matters across the U.S. and is the past chair of the National Conference for Women in eDiscovery, DC Women’s Bar Association-Technology Committee, and DC Bar eDiscovery Program.
Her experience includes:
- Working closely with legal teams to design, implement, and manage the entire EDRM discovery lifecycle from identification to collection, preservation, retention, processing, multi-level document review protocols, privilege, redaction, and production.
- Utilizing advanced legal technologies such as Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and Artificial Intelligence to control scope and reduce risks.
- Establishing a firm's eDiscovery department and its first playbook on electronic and data breach discovery and reporting, significantly enhancing the firm's service offerings in this area.
