B&D Litigation Practice Event: Supreme Court Review
Beveridge & Diamond’s Litigation Practice Group will host a briefing and discussion of the impact of recent Supreme Court decisions on environmental law. John Cruden (Principal, Washington, DC) and Robert Percival, Professor and Director of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law Environmental Law Program, will lead the discussion.
John and Bob will offer insights and analysis on key cases – including the just-decided Sackett v. EPA and National Pork Producers v. Ross, as well as pending cases such as Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and others – and the ramifications of these cases for practitioners and the future of environmental law.
The program will take place in person in the rooftop conference center of B&D’s Washington, DC, office, with a reception to follow and with an option to join remotely.
This event is intended for corporate counsel. We also invite EHS professionals and other business leaders at companies, municipalities, and industry associations to attend. To request an invitation, please submit this form or contact [email protected].
