B&D Principal John Cruden (Washington, DC) will join the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA)'s webinar, "Changing Environmental Regulations and the Administrative Procedure Act." The panel will provide an overview of Administrative Procedure Act (APA) requirements and highlight recent examples of when the federal courts have found the Trump EPA’s regulatory change efforts have and have not passed muster with the APA requirements. The panel will also discuss how these decisions may provide a road map for environmental rulemaking by future administrations.
