John Cruden Speaking at LSI's Annual Santa Fe Advanced Conference on Natural Resource Damages
Beveridge & Diamond Principal John Cruden (Washington, DC) will present the opening address during the 15th Annual Law Seminars International (LSI) Santa Fe Advanced Conference on Natural Resource Damages.
John will present, "Special Opening Addresses: A View from Washington on Biden Administration Policies and Powers of the Executive." He will discuss the Administration's environmental priorities, separation of powers impacts and limits without congressional support, potential rule making efforts, attacks, timelines, and informed guesses on what can be accomplished before the 2022 and 2024 elections. The opening address will also include Jordan Diamond, President, Environmental Law Institute.
