Julius's environmental justice (EJ) experience includes:

• Working with a leading utility company to design and implement programs to incorporate EJ considerations in project decision-making.
• Successfully representing a leading waste management company in a state administrative proceeding where opponents raised EJ concerns.
• Preparing industry-focused guidance and a 50-state survey on EJ legislation and resources.
• As chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division’s Environment, Energy, and Resources Law Committee, organizing CLE panels, teleconferences, and committee newsletters that focused on EJ.
