Since joining the firm in Fall 2016, Kelly has assisted B&D attorneys in litigation, regulatory, and marketing work. In addition to performing core litigation tasks such as document review, document/data management, Bluebooking, cite-checking, and court filing, Kelly has gained experience supporting clients and attorneys in responding to Clean Air Act Section 114 requests.
