B&D's Allyn Stern (Of Counsel, Seattle) and Kirstin Gruver (Associate, Seattle) will present during Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)'s Environmental and Land Use Law Section Midyear Meeting and Conference. The Conference, taking place from May 7 to 9 in Cle Elum, Washington, will offer attendees an engaging look at the latest changes to environmental and land use statutes, cases, and regulations.

Allyn and Kirstin will co-present the session "A Year in Review: Environmental Case Update 2020," which will take place on Friday, May 8 from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. PT. The session will review the significant environmental cases in both federal and state court relevant to Washington environmental law practitioners.
