Some of Marcos’ duties include:

• Providing training and guidance to attorneys and staff in the area of litigation support technology.
• Responsible for managing all eDiscovery document review cases within Casepoint and litigation support workflows.
• Taking lead on complex data loading, large exports, productions, database creations/archives, and technical issues.
• Building litigation support and eDiscovery capabilities within the firm to increase support operations.
• Assisting attorneys with complex eDiscovery queries.
• Working with attorneys and paralegals on the use of technology to improve efficiency.
