Associate Michael Campinell (Boston) will participate in an Environmental Business Council (EBC) panel discussing managing generational differences in the workplace and how succession planning can pave the way to a successful workforce transition. The virtual panel, "Mind the Gap: Working Across Generational Differences," will also cover working with varying communication styles, understanding individual motivations and adapting strategies accordingly. 

Tracy Gionfriddo, a Senior Environmental Specialist from Eversource, and William Goodfellow Jr., a Principal Scientist & Practice Director from Exponent, will join Mike on the panel.
