Beveridge & Diamond continued our Earth Day tradition of holding a contest with nature photos taken by our employees. The photos below are the winners out of the more than 40 original nature-themed photos submitted.

Sustainability at B&D

As a leading environmental law firm, founding member of the Legal Sustainability Network, and member of the Lawyers for a Sustainable Economy pro bono initiative, B&D is committed to reducing our own environmental impact. Among other actions, we maintain a firmwide sustainability plan and participate in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Green Power Partnership, purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) in an amount equivalent to 100% of our electricity usage across all our offices each year.

We also partner with or provide pro bono legal support to sustainability and conservation-focused organizations across the country, including the Food Recovery Network and Farm Unity and several land and water conservancies: the Chesapeake Conservancy, Sudbury Valley Trustees, World Environment Center, Conservation Fund, Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, and others.

Our 140+ regulatory attorneys and litigators work closely with clients across industries to help address environmental issues that are increasingly at the forefront of societal conversations, from sustainability and ESG to climate change, environmental justice, PFAS—and more.
