Gus Bauman Receives 2022 Montgomery County, Maryland Chamber of Commerce Chair's Award

On June 9, 2022, B&D Counsel Gus Bauman received the Montgomery County, MD Chamber of Commerce Chair's Award at its annual awards dinner, which drew approximately 800 attendees from the State’s business, governmental, political, and educational circles. This award is periodically given to one of the approximately 55 members of the Board of Directors for exceptional service to the business and general community of the County. Gus has served on the Chamber’s Board since 1999 and has chaired its Infrastructure & Land Use Committee since 2006.

Gus remains active in community and regional matters in the DC metropolitan area, including having served as the Chairman of the Maryland Blue Ribbon Commission on Transportation Funding, and Chairman of the Joint Development Task Force for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.
