Leandra Ansah Recognized in The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40

The National Black Lawyers (NBL), a nationwide network of African American Attorneys, named Associate Leandra Ansah (Austin) as a member of its 2023 Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in Texas. NBL selects members by invitation only following a multi-phase review process that includes peer nominations and third-party research.

The association provides lawyers with the opportunities to network, refer business, continue their legal education, attend webinars, and receive professional recognition.

Leandra commented, “I am honored to be selected a member of NBL. I look forward to establishing connections with and learning from NBL Members.”

Leandra joined B&D’s Austin office in 2021. Before joining B&D, sheserved as an Assistant Attorney General in the Tort Litigation Division of the Texas Office of the Attorney General, where she defended state agencies in personal injury, property damage, and wrongful termination lawsuits involving the Tort Claims Act. Leandra now works with B&D’s Toxic Tort and Litigation practices.
