Join Beveridge & Diamond for its 2017 Occupational Safety and Health Webinar Series to take a look back at 2016, explore what employers might expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in 2017, and learn how you can ensure compliance and reduce enforcement risk.

We will host a series of five complimentary presentations examining the “nuts & bolts” of OSHA compliance, OSHA rulemaking developments, and OSHA enforcement trends. The session will take place on October 25 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EDT) and will provide an overview of OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) Standard, including the scope of the PSM standard, key employer obligations under the standard, relevant OSHA interpretations and enforcement policies, and the status of OSHA’s efforts to modify the existing standard.
