2019 OSHA Webinar Series: The Nuts & Bolts of OSHA Records Retention and Access Requirements
Join Beveridge & Diamond for its 2019 Occupational Safety and Health Webinar Series to take a look back at 2018, explore what employers might expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in 2019, and learn how you can ensure compliance and reduce enforcement risk.
We will host a series of five complimentary presentations examining the “nuts & bolts” of OSHA compliance, OSHA rulemaking developments, and OSHA enforcement trends. Each session will have a specific focus, and the series as a whole will help companies anticipate, understand, and manage the breadth of OSHA compliance issues.
Principal Jayni Lanham and Associate Aron Schnur (Baltimore) will speak in our third session, titled "The Nuts & Bolts of OSHA Records Retention and Access Requirements." The session will take place on June 19 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EDT) and will provide an overview of employee exposure and medical records retention and access requirements under relevant OSHA standards, including the types of records employers must maintain, how long records must be maintained, and to whom they must be provided. It will take an in-depth look at OSHA medical records access orders, address relevant privacy issues, and provide practical tips on ensuring compliance.
