Principal Roy Prather (Baltimore) will speak on a panel, "Session 7: Environmental Justice," during the Environmental Law Institute (ELI)'s 2024 Summer School. The panelists will discuss the history of environmental justice (EJ) as well as current initiatives by the Biden Administration and local governments. They will also examine engagement opportunities for stakeholders to be more involved in the practice of EJ.
