Principal Steve Jawetz (Washington, DC) will speak at the Federal Bar Association’s seminar, "Use of Third Party Neutral Techniques in the Context of Natural Resource Damage Cases and Other Applications," taking place in Washington, DC on September 25 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
The speakers will consider ways to use third party neutral approaches in a variety of environmental contexts including natural resource damage cases under CERCLA, Clean Water Act, Oil Pollution Act, and analogous laws in over 40 states.
Four CLE credit hours will be available.
