B&D Welcomes Two New Associates
Top-ranked environmental law and litigation firm Beveridge & Diamond continues to grow this year. In the second quarter of 2022, the firm added two new associates. Please join us in welcoming Jackson Garrity (Washington, DC) and Tim Nevins (New York).
“We are thrilled to have Jackson and Tim as part of the B&D team. Their past experiences have enabled them to hit the ground running at B&D. We are excited to see how they will continue to help our clients and contribute to B&D’s long success of being a leading environmental law firm.”
—Paula Shauwecker, Principal, Chief Talent Officer
Jackson joined B&D in May and advises clients on regulatory compliance, administrative enforcement actions, and civil litigation under state and federal regulations including the Clean Air Act, Administrative Procedure Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), National Environmental Policy Act, and Federal Land Policy and Management Act. He also has assisted clients with compliance and litigation under international agreements including the Montreal Protocol and Basel Convention. Prior to joining B&D, Jackson was a law clerk for Hon. Andrea Hertzfeld at the District of Columbia Superior Court, and worked with various federal and local institutions.
Tim joined B&D’s New York office in April and focuses his practice on environmental litigation and regulatory advice. Before joining B&D, Tim counseled clients on toxic tort, groundwater, and employment litigation at another New York firm. Tim has a special interest in administrative rulemakings, toxic tort litigation, and CERCLA and site remediation. Following law school, Tim served as a judicial clerk for Hon. Paul D. Borman in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
