Associate Kaitlyn Shannon (San Francisco) will speak at the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) Annual Conference taking place in Chicago, IL from September 25 to 27.

Kaitlyn will join the panel discussion “Cutting-Edge Techniques in Resolution of Natural Resource Damages Claims at Complex Superfund Sediment Sites,” which will take place on Friday, September 27 from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. CT. The panel will discuss the NRD liability scheme under CERCLA and state laws in addition to emerging techniques for NRD resolution.
