Parker’s recent accomplishments over the past year include:

• Serving as Mountain Valley Pipeline’s (MVP) lead regulatory counsel on Endangered Species Act (ESA) compliance, working with the client team, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to satisfy all applicable ESA requirements. MVP began its operations on June 14, 2024.
• Serving as lead ESA counsel defending an ESA citizen suit against the world’s leading supplier of endotoxin testing products, which are medically necessary to ensure the safety of every medical injectable and implantable medical device.
• Serving as lead ESA counsel to 8 of the world’s largest tire manufacturers and distributors to defend against a citizen suit alleging that every tire used in the U.S. results in unauthorized impacts to threatened and endangered salmonids.
