Beveridge & Diamond Principal Bryan Moore (Austin) will present during a luncheon meeting of the Air & Waste Management Association—Gulf Coast Chapter (A&WMA GCC) on Tuesday, February 25. The program will take place in Houston, Texas.

Bryan’s presentation is titled “RCRA Update: Federal and State Statutory, Regulatory, and Judicial Developments Impacting Waste Management.” He will provide a substantive overview of key, recent statutory, regulatory, and judicial developments that impact, or will impact, waste generators; waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities; and recycling. The program will consider the federal (U.S. EPA) and state (Texas) legislative and administrative actions and judicial decisions that are shaping, or will shape, the legal landscape for waste management in 2020 and beyond.
